Working to commission is a privilege and a joy. I draw realistic fine art pet portraits in pencil, coloured pencil, pastel and charcoal; creating something truly special from your photographs.

A successful portrait is the result of a collaboration between the artist and the client, with the subject at the centre of every decision we make. The animals we share our lives with are so much more than pets, they are at the heart of our family.

My portraits are typically drawings of dogs, cats and horses. Other creatures are equally welcome; I adore animals and I love getting to know them and representing their personality on the page. Commissioning a portrait is an exciting experience. It is an opportunity to have a truly original work of art which will be cherished for many years to come. I have over 20 years of experience working as a professional artist. I am published and internationally collected, and I take pride in working closely with my clients to create their best possible portrait.
