The Pet Charities We Support

Many of our artists regularly donate work or funds to pet and animal charities directly. As an organisation, each year we nominate 4 charities across the UK for us to support - be that donations, pet portrait vouchers or getting involved with their fundraising events.

Ferne Animal Sanctuary

Ferne Animal Sanctuary (Charity No: 1164350) is an animal rescue and re-homing charity which receives no government funding. Based in Somerset they home over 300 animals from across the South west. They shelter dogs, cats and rabbits to birds, donkeys, goats and horses. In fact rescuing horses was the main purpose when Ferne was formed in 1939. It aimed to provide a temporary refuge for the animals belonging to service men and women, who went abroad to fight. Sprocker Assist and Rescue

This is a volunteer-run Sprocker Spaniel Rescue UK charity (No: 1204873). They support Springer and Cocker Spaniels and their owners through rescue, advice and re-homing. Their team works across the UK to help dogs in need find safety, stability and the right home for their future. Their principles of Rescue, Rehabilitate and Re-home, plus their Rescue Back-up means that every dog they place in adoption has lifelong protection and can return to the centre. facebook.com/groups/sprockerassist

National Animal Welfare Trust

National Animal Welfare Trust is a rescue and re-homing charity (No: 1090499) working towards a world where every pet thrives in a loving home. We are working with NAWT Cornwall which is one of 4 centres across the UK. They strive to give every dog, cat or small pet the best chance of finding a new home and as such all their staff are dedicated to giving every animal whatever care is needed in order to help them. facebook.com/nawt.org.uk

Protect Cats Scotland

This charity wants to improve the welfare of all cats across Scotland Their four keys areas of work are: • Neutering - owned cats, feral cats and all in between • Rescuing and re-homing - especially the hardest to home (Strays, Elderly and cats that may be put to sleep for Non-health issues) • Campaigning for better protection of cats • Supporting local independent vets. PCS are a small team of dedicated and passionate volunteers with over 40 years experience of working with cats in Scotland, the UK and in Europe, with both large and small cat charities and organisations.
