I am Marie Walsh, the creative behind Walsh Art. I'm a self-taught artist based in Cheshire with over 20 years experience. My work is driven by a life long passion for horses and animals.
I create portraiture in oils on wood and canvas but also can work with Acrylics in realistic impressionist style. Working entirely free hand from your digital or photo images I capture the character and spirit of your beloved, Horse, Pet or Human.
I was featured on Sky Arts landscape artist of the year and BBC painting challenge, resulting in work exhibited in Whitworth Gallery in Manchester
